About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all accounts and finances for our residential and commercial premium construction company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss, balance sheet statements, GST, and PAYG reports
  • Ensure weekly payroll has been processed
  • Manage employees' entitlements
  • Provide office administration and accounts support to management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with Excel and Xero
  • Strong communication and commitment skills
  • Ability to work well in a small team
