About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Consultant to join our team at Aesop Highpoint store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing sales, and maintaining stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and sincere customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure stock levels are adequately maintained and presented, adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Support store teams in meeting customer needs, providing product knowledge and recommendations

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • No prior retail experience necessary, but ideally you will have some experience in a customer-facing role or environment
  • Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including late nights and weekends
