Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers to deliver civil engineering solutions for rail and mining projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on rail and mining projects.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience, including team management and project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
