As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, overseeing the delivery of services to young people and their families, and promoting our vision and strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the centre's service delivery to young people and their families
- Communicate and promote our vision, strategic plan, and regional business plan
- Manage and supervise staff, monitor performance, and address performance issues
- Oversee the recruitment and selection of new staff and ensure they are oriented to the centre's procedures and operations
- Shape and structure a working environment that is conducive to high productivity
- Participate in and support other members of the team to undertake programs, education, and training
- Commitment to working in culturally secure and competent ways
- Degree-level qualifications in allied health, behavioural/social sciences, youth work, mental health nursing, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in managing operational systems, staff performance, and stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
