The Role:
This position involves delivering high-quality epoxy flooring solutions to residential and light commercial clients. Each project will require surface preparation, grinding, polishing, and applying the appropriate epoxy coating.
Essential Skills & Qualifications- Must possess a reliable vehicle and necessary tools/equipment;
- A valid White Card is mandatory;
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver exceptional results;
- Excellent communication and reliability skills are essential;
- A portfolio or photos of previous jobs must be provided;
- Access to all materials required for each job (resins, flakes, topcoats, etc.);
- A consistent stream of projects available;
- Flexible scheduling options;
- Clear scope and payment details for each project;
- Prompt payment upon completion of each job;
