Quality Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Chobani's Dandenong South manufacturing site.

This hands-on, on-site role involves upholding Quality standards and working with others to coach and support them in improving processes. The successful candidate will have a background in Quality roles within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing, solid experience in root cause analysis, and strong skills in spotting trends and analysing Quality data.

The Quality Improvement Specialist will lead one of our key Quality Programs and be responsible for managing non-conformance reports, resolving customer complaints, and supporting new product development. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-savvy individual who loves finding better ways to do things.

As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, influence change, and guide others on the continuous improvement journey. You will join our tight-knit crew of experts who share a passion for delivering high-quality products.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead one of our key Quality Programs

  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs)

  • Resolve customer complaints

  • Support new product development (NPD)

  • Partner with the Factory to coach and embed best Quality practices

  • Requirements

  • Background in Quality roles within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing

  • Solid experience in root cause analysis

  • Strong skills in spotting trends and analysing Quality data

  • Collaborative approach with great coaching skills

  • Genuine passion for raising the bar and driving best-in-class Quality standards

  • Degree in food science, microbiology, food safety or similar
