We are partnering with a prominent engineering and property services company to find an experienced HVAC Specialist to be based in Sydney. This company offers a significant portfolio of clients across various property sectors, including commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, and data centers.

Due to growth within the business, an opportunity has arisen for an HVAC Specialist to provide maintenance and breakdown services to commercial sites in the Sydney CBD area.

• Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
• White card and current driver's license
• Experience with commercial HVAC repairs, maintenance, and emergency breakdown services
