Welcome to our Trainee Educator Program, a unique opportunity for individuals to embark on a fulfilling career in early childhood education while studying towards a Certificate III in ECE.

About the Role

As a Trainee Educator with Affinity Education, you will be part of a national company that values and rewards great team members. You will work alongside experienced educators and support staff to deliver excellence in early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
  • Support the Lead Educator/Educational Leader in delivering high-quality educational programs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives
Requirements
  • A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it
  • Access to transport to and from the centre
  • Willingness to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy
