A typical day involves welcoming customers, processing transactions, sorting donations, creating engaging displays, and maintaining the shop's cleanliness. As part of our team, you will have opportunities to develop valuable skills and experience, while contributing to a worthwhile cause.

To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 15 years old (16 in QLD) and willing to complete an induction program. We strive to create a safe, inclusive culture where wellbeing is central, and we welcome diversity and value all lived experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  2. Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  3. Sort and display donations in an attractive and appealing way.
  4. Maintain the shop's cleanliness and tidiness.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 15 years old (16 in QLD).
