The role involves contributing to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns, generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities, providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions, achieving successful outcomes to enquiries, opening and closing the club as per the club roster, active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey, regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can build rapport with people from varied walks of life, with a desire to help people succeed in their goals. Problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles are essential. Outstanding communication abilities, tenacity, customer focus, and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals are highly valued qualities.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super, a complimentary all-access Goodlife membership, anniversary leave days, and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards. You will also have access to career opportunities across our brands, locations, and disciplines within Asia Pacific's largest diversified fitness group.
