Tiler/Grout Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Labourer/Grouter to fill this position.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Clean tiles prior to grouting.
- Perform grouting tasks as required.
- Assist tilers with site preparation and setup.
- Handle and transport materials around the work site.
- Utilize power tools and machinery when necessary (e.g. drills, grinders, and mixers).
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking goods).
- Report issues with equipment or hazardous site conditions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads).
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Good physical health, experience on construction sites is essential.
- Possession of a white or blue construction card.
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to adhering to site safety protocols and ensuring the safety of oneself and others.
- Previous tiling/caulking experience.
- Punctuality and ability to follow instructions.
**Key Qualifications:**
- 1 year of construction experience preferred.
- Full driver's license preferred.
- Australia work authorization required.
