Critical Care Specialist

Clinical Responsibilities- Providing direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Participating in code blue calls and responding to emergency situations
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Access to regular education and training sessions, focusing on topics such as critical care medicine and leadership development
- Support for attendance at conferences and workshops, both locally and internationally
- Opportunities for research and publication, under the guidance of experienced mentors
