About Perioperative Services:
Our modern Perioperative Services facility features 19 operating theatres, including a Hybrid theatre, three endoscopy suites, and two Cardiac Cath Labs. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, our department supports over 1800 operations monthly, focusing on patient-centered care through our day-of-surgery admission points, three Post-Anaesthetic Care Units, and two discharge lounges.
Our skilled team of specialist surgeons performs a variety of cardiothoracic procedures, including CAGS, valve procedures (both minimally invasive and complex), aortic root surgery, and MAZE procedures.
Your Impact:
As an influential leader within our dynamic Perioperative Services team, your role as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality care within our busy department.
In this position, you will serve as a resource for your team, actively engage in quality improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of patient care, and play a key role in the daily management of the department.
