Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring Centre Directors to enhance their performance.
  • Monitoring and guiding centres to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve centre operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Bachelor of Education or similar ACECQA Recognised Early Childhood Teacher Level Qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
