About Oaks Hotels

Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort, a prominent hospitality provider, seeks skilled housekeeping professionals to join their team.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $31.23 on weekdays, $37.47 on Saturdays, and $42.18 on Sundays, with a higher rate of $60.25 on public holidays.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and present rooms in excellent condition.
  • Complete cleaning tasks within allocated timeframes.
  • Clean using specialized equipment and chemicals as trained.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, guests, and contractors.
  • Quality-check cleaning in other rooms when required.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Able to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
  • Motivated, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • A friendly personality with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel or resort housekeeping is highly desirable.
