Cash Management & Treasury Operations

Employer Flexible HR, Inc. is a PEO that provides outsourcing services to small and medium-sized businesses.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to manage payroll banking transactions, ACH processing, and treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review ACH payroll transactions, monitor direct deposits, reversals, and returns related to payroll payments.
  • Coordinate with banks and payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and errors.
  • Maintain banking records, transaction logs, and reconciliation reports for audit purposes.

Treasury Functions:

  • Perform daily cash management activities including bank account management and relations.
  • Assist in managing cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for payroll accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and treasury regulations related to ACH and payroll processing.
  • Process outgoing payments from banking portals.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure payroll banking processes adhere to SOX compliance, NACHA guidelines, and company policies.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential risks related to fraud, errors, or unauthorized transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in ACH processing, payroll banking, treasury, or cash management.
  • Strong knowledge of ACH payment processing, NACHA rules, payroll operations, and treasury functions.
