Salary Information

Job Description: Project Controls Professional

We're seeking an experienced Project Controls Professional to join our USA Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering project controls services, including cost planning, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Deliver end-to-end project controls services to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Grow the business through effective client relationships and business development initiatives.
  • Inspire and lead project controls teams across various infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, and renewables.
  • Serve as a key liaison with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Create new client and consultant relationships to drive growth and opportunities.
  • Develop and mentor exceptional talent within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Full working rights and current residence in the United States.
  • A recognized degree qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, or a similar field.
  • Infrastructure experience, particularly in the power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, or road sectors.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing future generations of project controls professionals.
  • A track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level.
  • A clear understanding of implementing strategies for growth, tailored to local market contexts.
  • The ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, or parametric cost models.
