Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our trading operations team.

  • Manage digital asset and fiat related trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external trading counterparties.
  • Reconcile trades from post-trade to settlement, verifying correct and timely settlements.
  • Track treasury activities and collaborate with trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising internally with trading, OTC, and options teams on balances and settlement status, providing administrative and client communication support as needed.
  • Asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs; managing and adding new banking beneficiaries, and supporting trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements.

As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to:

  • Collaborate with Keyrock's account managers at banks to confirm cut-off times, fees, and troubleshoot banking services.
  • Monitor and alert internal and external clients on margin and net open positions, and liaise with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds.
  • Track and report technical and financial problems, providing support to the dev team for improvements and automating processes.
