**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at Future You, a modern boutique firm based in Australia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and providing strategic guidance to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and review the work of junior accountants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient processes.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and advice on financial matters.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in financial processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree qualified in Accounting with a CA or CPA certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Services role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent technical skills, including advanced Xero and intermediate Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Australian Tax Resident with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines.
