We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swim Instructor to join our team at Sutherland Shire Council. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our students, promoting water safety awareness, and building their swimming capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality swimming lessons to students of all levels, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Teach Learn to Swim classes, promoting water safety awareness and building students' swimming capability.
  • Provide motivation and positive feedback to students and parents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our community.
Requirements
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or Swim Australia Teacher or RLS Swim teacher Licence.
  • A current CPR Certificate.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A true team player with open and effective communication.
