About the Role

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading provider of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services. We specialize in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

This position requires a dynamic Retail Consultant/CPAP Therapy Specialist to join our team at our Unley clinic. The primary goal of our clinic is to provide bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
  • Engage clients through various channels, including in-person and phone communications
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment
  • Maintain inventory and process clinic orders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent clinic management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
