**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a residential valuer.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified CPV or RPV looking to further develop their career in the residential space. Working with our proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture.

We have significant work volume, making this a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Residential valuation skills
  • Exceptional communication and business development skills
  • A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • RPV and/or CPV status
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
