Job Title

An experienced Cyber Security Architect is required to design and lead the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on CyberArk and enterprise-level security architecture.

  • Develop IAM domain architecture, roadmaps, and patterns.
  • Lead the design and implementation of IAM services, including Identity Governance, Access Management, Roles & Entitlements.
  • Define and document IAM processes, such as registration, authentication, authorisation, and delegated access.
  • Deliver solution blueprints and oversee the deployment of IAM platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to customer workshops, requirements gathering, and strategy.
  • Ensure ongoing IAM systems monitoring, standards, and optimisation.
Requirements

A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in IAM and Cyber Security at an enterprise level is required.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise with CyberArk and experience with IGA solutions, such as SailPoint/Saviynt, and SSO, including Ping/Okta.

Strong knowledge of IAM processes, RBAC, UAR, and federated authentication models is essential.

Familiarity with Microsoft IAM stack, Azure AD, and Active Directory is also required.

Broad security, network, and infrastructure architecture knowledge is necessary.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are expected.
