Key Roles and Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in the rollout of preschool initiatives across South Australia. This is your opportunity to contribute to a statewide movement supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing from an early age.

  • Ensure the smooth implementation of early childhood reforms through high-level coordination and administrative support.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, travel logistics, and diary coordination for Regional Managers and teams.
  • Manage minute-taking, correspondence tracking, document management, and action item follow-ups.
  • Support data collection, minor research, and the implementation of local projects.
  • Assist with financial processes, HR tasks, and internal compliance reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and responsive communication.
  • Maintain information systems, databases, and communication channels to foster collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, including prioritisation under pressure.
  • Coordination and problem-solving skills, demonstrating proactive support.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion, sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with ICT systems, particularly Microsoft Office.

Remuneration

Base pay range: AU$76,561.00/yr - AU$80,256.00/yr
