Swim Instructor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate swim instructor to join our team. Our mission is to provide high-quality swimming lessons and services that cater to the needs of individuals and families.

  • Passionate about teaching water safety skills
  • Experienced in providing swimming lessons to diverse age groups

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Swimming Qualifications (Austswim, Royal Life Saving, Swim Australia or Southern Education)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Poll Lifeguard Qualifications (Lifeguard applicants only)
  • Access to reliable transportation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$66 per hour, plus bonuses and tips. We also provide flexibility in setting your own hours and travel zone, as well as access to a friendly support team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • First Aid Certification
  • Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics
  • Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes
  • Teacher of Access and Inclusion
  • Teacher of Adolescents and Adults
