About the Role

  • Meet sales targets and exceed call handling metrics
  • Sell residential services through effective questioning techniques, product analysis, and standardized procedures
  • Provide accurate data entry into CMS systems and escalate customer complaints as per Aussie Broadband policies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
