Audit and Assurance Leadership Role

This leadership role is suited to an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing audit teams, planning and executing external audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including due diligence and independent expert reports, and will be responsible for training and mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques.

A bachelor's degree and CA or CPA certification are highly desirable, and experience in Big 4 or second-tier accounting practice is preferred.

  • Lead and manage high-performing audit teams;
  • Plan, execute, and complete external audits in various industries;
  • Ensure compliance with Nexia and International Auditing Standards;
  • Monitor financial performance of projects and optimize profitability;
  • Write reports for audit committees and management;
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures;
  • Train and mentor staff on projects and initiatives;
