Job Overview

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a passionate and reliable caregiver to provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents and their families. The role focuses on delivering physical and emotional wellbeing and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care for residents addressing their physical, emotional wellbeing and safety.
  • Follow safe medication management practices and demonstrate leadership within the team.
  • Collaborate with personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to promote a harmonious care environment.
  • Act as a role model for safe practice and patient-centered care.
About You / Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with residents and co-workers.
  • Aligned with our philosophy and values; commitment to resident wellbeing.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • AHPRA Registration with no restrictions.
  • Positive team player, shows initiative and delivers quality work.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to collaborate with nursing, personal care, lifestyle and hotel services to create a positive work environment.
