Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting and serving unique cocktails, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair;
  • Engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area;
  • Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory checks;
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service;
  • Upholding RSA regulations and venue policies at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of cocktail bartending experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes;
  • A confident, friendly, and professional demeanor;
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Current RSA certification.

Other Information

Please note that the selected candidate will be required to be available evenings and weekends. A current RSA certification is mandatory for this position.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.57 to $35.52 per hour.
