Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Account Executives and Principals in client services, including client contact, administration, technical support, and business development.

About the Role:

  • You will support Risk Management clients through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, and other documentation.
  • Your primary focus will be on developing, implementing, and managing risk management and insurance programmes that meet client needs.
  • You will establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acquiring and understanding their business and insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Services: Assist Senior Account Executives and Principals in client services, including client contact, administration, technical support, and business development.
  • Risk Management: Support Risk Management clients through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, and other documentation.
  • Programme Development: Develop, implement, and manage risk management and insurance programmes that meet client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acquiring and understanding their business and insurance needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, maintaining solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Tier 1 qualifications and ability to complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencement of employment.
