Job Title: VMware Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced VMware consultant with VCF/VMware certifications to join our award-winning consulting team. As a VMware consultant, you will have the opportunity to use and develop your technical skills as well as your communication and collaboration skills to help our customers achieve their full potential through VMware's technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering End-to-End Systems Solutions: Delivering end-to-end systems solutions to customers involves identifying customer requirements, designing and implementing bespoke software solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. As a VMware consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Identifying Problems and Implementing Solutions: Identifying problems and implementing solutions is a critical aspect of being a VMware consultant. You will need to analyze complex system software third-party software hardware issues, determine the solution, and implement repair or workaround when possible. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on Design and Implementation: Hands-on design and implementation activities are a key part of being a VMware consultant. You will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke software solutions, including configuration and deployment of VMware products. This requires strong technical skills, including knowledge of VMware products and services, as well as excellent project management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• 5+ Years Experience with VMWare Associated Products: A minimum of 5 years' experience with VMWare associated products, including vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and vRealize suite is required. You should have hands-on experience with these products and be able to demonstrate expertise in design, deployment, and migration.
• Demonstrated Experience in VMware Design Deployment and Migration: Demonstrated experience in VMware design, deployment, and migration is essential. You should have a proven track record of delivering successful VMware projects and be able to showcase your expertise in this area.
• Familiarity with NetBackup and Commvault: Familiarity with NetBackup and Commvault is desirable. You should have experience working with these products and be able to demonstrate knowledge of their features and functionality.
• VMware Certifications: VMware certifications, such as VCF/Vsan/VCAP are highly regarded. You should have a minimum of one VMware certification and be actively pursuing additional certifications to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Active NV2 Security Clearance: An active NV2 security clearance is required. You must have a current NV2 security clearance and be willing to undergo regular security checks to maintain this clearance.
