About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at a DPA location in regional Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a GP to split their time between aged care and family practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care. The role offers a mix of general practice and aged care services, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To provide general practice services to patients, including routine consultations, chronic disease management, and vaccinations.
  • To deliver aged care services, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

**Requirements**

  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
