About the Role

UGL is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team in the Regional Towns Water Supply Improvement Program (Stage 4) Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of quality capital works projects for TasWater.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.
  • Ensuring subcontractors adhere to safety requirements and technical standards.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records in project management databases and information systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Project Supervisor in the water/wastewater industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of managing a team, control systems, and technical standards.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent team management and organizational skills.
