Lead Education Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for the overall management and administration of an early learning service. As Lead Education Manager, you will play a key part in providing high-quality education and care for children, promoting their learning, and helping them develop important skills for the future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs for children, recruiting staff, maintaining day-to-day accounts, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and statutory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent">">
  • Current Blue Card">">
  • First aid and CPR qualifications">">
  • Good understanding of the Early Years Quality Framework">">
  • Sound knowledge of current Regulations and Accreditation guidelines">">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">">
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team environment">">
  • Passion for children">
