Job Opportunity: Project Marketing Manager

We are currently hiring for a Project Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across our lifestyle communities.


The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the retirement living or property sector. You will be skilled in CRM systems, eDM builders, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office, with a proven ability to interpret customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to shape effective marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and localise marketing strategies to position our lifestyle communities as market leaders, aligning campaigns with our brand vision.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans by analysing lead quality, sales funnel metrics, and market trends to drive qualified traffic and optimise conversion performance.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets (digital, print, event-based) that support brand awareness, lead nurturing, community engagement, and sales.
