Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to underground shift crews
• Execute daily and weekly plans as directed by the planning team
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental obligations
• Manage performance and enforce standards of work and behaviour

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Underground Longwall Mining
• Certificate of competency as Undermanager or equivalent qualification
• Desired minimum of 10 years' experience in the mining industry
• Proven track record in operational management at same or subordinate level
• Demonstrated management and leadership capability
