Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Wonthaggi Community Mental Health team on a full-time, ongoing basis. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnostics, care, and intervention to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert mental health guidance and support to patients and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to advance clinical care and research activities
  • Promote best practices and recovery-focused outcomes through education and training programs
Requirements:
  • Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Experience working in mental health settings
  • Strong clinical leadership skills and ability to influence clinical care
  • Demonstrated ability to work at an advanced practice level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
