Leading the Way in Clinical Trials as a Senior Research Associate

We're on the hunt for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, study protocols, and Good Clinical Practice standards by conducting thorough site monitoring visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Provide expert training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to uphold high standards of clinical trial conduct.

Your Expertise Matters:

  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
  • Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive compliance within a complex environment.
