We are seeking a charismatic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing memorable in-store interactions.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves with a wide range of products, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Engage customers through storytelling, bringing products to life and showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines, promoting a safe and responsible drinking culture.

  • You are autonomous and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • You have good availability to work across key customer hours, including evenings and weekends.
