Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate HSIE Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and projects that promote student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans, assessments, and projects that align with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) curriculum and the College's educational goals.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures that promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Eligibility to teach in NSW schools, as per the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requirements.
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them, as per the Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
