Job Overview

We are seeking experienced leaders to join our team as Christmas Experience Team Leaders, also known as Chief Elves. This role involves leading and motivating a team of elves to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences during the festive season.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to create magical moments for all visitors
  • Manage daily operations, rosters and workflow to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful and merry atmosphere
  • Maintain energy and positivity even on the busiest days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail

  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team alike
  • Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
