Salary Details

We offer competitive pay rates, with salaries ranging from $42 to $63 per hour, plus superannuation. This rate is comparable to state primary school teachers, providing you with a rewarding income for your teaching expertise.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will play a vital role in igniting a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You will build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.

  • You will work with the 3-5 age group, fostering a love for learning and school readiness in a nurturing environment.
  • You will create meaningful learning experiences tailored to the interests and development of up to 20 children daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • In Western Australia, you will need to hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA).
