Exciting Opportunity for Early Childhood Educators

We are seeking experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team of professionals working in childcare centres across Macarthur/Camden and surrounding areas.

This role provides a unique opportunity to manage your own schedule of casual childcare shifts, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while making a positive impact on the lives of children.

  • Flexible scheduling to suit your needs
  • Competitive above-award pay rates with fortnightly payment
About the Role:

This is an excellent chance to gain experience and build your professional network within the early childhood education sector.

You will be working closely with permanent teams within the centres, supporting them by covering sick days, annual leave gaps, and general staffing shortages.

Requirements:
  • A Working with Children Check (for paid employment)
  • Ability to travel up to 30 minutes throughout Sydney and surrounding suburbs/inner west suburbs across NSW
  • Passion for Early Education and providing safe, positive learning environments for children
  • Willingness to be a positive support to permanent teams within the centres you will be working in
