Central Queensland Radiology, part of the Integral Diagnostics group, is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services. With 8 quality-assured practices across Central Queensland, we offer a strong reputation for quality, excellence, and innovation.

We are seeking an Clerical Manager to join our team in Rockhampton. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage the effective supply and deployment of clerical staff and equipment to meet the requirements of our front-of-house clerical service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clerical operational services across all sites
  • Support clerical teams across sites, ensuring staff have a good understanding of their role and responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, radiologists, patients, hospital management, and referrers
  • Provide a comprehensive monthly report to the Administration Manager
  • Support and contribute to the achievement of organisational goals and continue to provide quality service to patients
  • Organise and ensure all clerical staff attend regular educational sessions
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally
  • 5+ years' experience working in a Radiology practice or healthcare management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a busy team environment
  • A leadership style that is holistic and supportive
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective time management
  • A willingness to participate in further education
