Job Description

As a senior leader in quality and education, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in clinical governance, compliance, and employee competency. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, aged care, and leadership, with a proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training. They will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to team members, guiding them in relation to documentation and recording, and developing their knowledge and understanding of industry standards.

This role requires a collaborative and outcome-focused individual who can foster a positive work environment and build effective relationships with colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

A key aspect of this role is identifying areas for employee skill/knowledge development and creating plans to achieve this. You will also be responsible for maintaining the organization's plan for continuous improvement, working closely with the leadership team to drive progress and achieve results.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration is essential.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and build effective relationships with colleagues.
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
