We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Management Specialist to join our dynamic national team based in Sydney's CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of lease contracts, ensuring legal obligations are met and minimising income risk for the owner.
  2. Administer letters of offer, disclosure statements, and lease renewals.
  3. Assist Leasing Executives in obtaining Owner approval for terms outside of authority limits.
  4. Oversee the solicitor instruction process for new leases, renewals, assignments, and surrenders.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms and drive successful outcomes.
  6. Stay up to date with Retail Lease Legislations across various states.
Your Portfolio

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of retail assets, including shopping centres and urban regeneration projects, providing you with a challenging and engaging work environment.

Requirements
  1. A strong understanding of retail lease terminology, with 5+ years in a similar role (property, landlord-side, or as a property paralegal).
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  4. A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
