About the Role

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and mature-minded individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and engaging your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the head office team to share best practices and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role in retail.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in training and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • History of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets.
  • Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Experience in customer service and a passion for delivering an in-store experience to customers.
  • Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPIs.
  • Interest in fashion and retail.
  • Willingness to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
