Wollongong City Council, Australia MedHealth Full time

Welcome to MedHealth, a leading provider of disability support services in Australia. We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working in the disability sector. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in managing an allocated caseload, assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity, and providing evidence-based interventions to enhance their quality of life.

With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we encourage our clinicians to work together to provide comprehensive support to our participants. You will have the opportunity to mentor and supervise early career clinicians, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow and develop in their careers.

We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and professional development of all our staff. With a generous CPD allowance and paid leave days, you will have the opportunity to pursue ongoing training and professional development opportunities tailored to your interests and goals.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. We are proud to welcome people with disability, including mental health conditions, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and Indigenous Australians to our team.
