Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our leadership team at the AEC Gold Coast. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, strategy, and operational excellence, working closely with our specialist veterinarians, hospital veterinarians, nurses, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage teams of industry-leading veterinarians and nurses
- Project manage initiatives to improve operational efficiency and patient care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians and clients
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to increase brand awareness and patient volume
- Liaise with other hospital managers to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business group
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager with a strong track record of success in the veterinary industry. You will have a postgraduate qualification in a related field, such as business, commerce, or business management, and a proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
