Business Analyst – Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the success of our infrastructure projects. As an integral part of our project delivery team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex data, and think creatively to propose innovative solutions. You will also have experience working in an agile environment and be familiar with lean process improvement principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business analysis skills, including data analysis, requirements gathering, and benefits realization.
  • Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Contribute to as-is process capture and to-be process design.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with infrastructure projects and infrastructure networks.
  • Knowledge of hosting services, data centres, and cloud platforms.
